Adam Long is an HR executive with 20+ years of experience leading people strategies at top companies like Amazon and PepsiCo. He builds HR functions from the ground up, helping businesses like yours scale and create inclusive, high-performing cultures. Adam founded Longevity HR Solutions to help organizations navigate their unique HR challenges and transform their employee experience for lasting success.

Outside of work, Adam lives in Kitchener, ON with his family. He enjoys teaching his son Jake how to be a good human and relaxing on the golf course or fishing in Northwestern Ontario.
